1. Return Time Limit

2. Return Product Requirements

All returned furniture must be in brand-new, unused, intact condition, with complete original packaging, accessories, installation manuals and parts. Products with wear and tear, artificial damage, missing parts or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

3. Return Freight Rules

All return shipping expenses shall be borne by our company. After the return application is approved, we will provide customers with free pre-paid shipping labels to complete the return delivery.

5. Refund Processing Rules
