1. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you submit an order cancellation request before our warehouse processes and ships your order, we will complete the full refund within 24 business hours without any additional fees.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has been shipped from our US warehouse, cancellation is not supported directly. You need to wait for the package to be delivered, then apply for return process. Returned items must be kept in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories and parts intact. We bear return shipping cost and will provide pre-paid shipping label for you. All goods must be sent back to our designated return address: 325 W 75 PL, HIALEAH, FL 33014, United States. We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
